Find a local park, or your neighborhood and aim to walk a brisk pace 3-5 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes.The best thing about walking is that it is virtually free, it is easy to do
wherever you are, and moving your legs, will help you circulate blood through your entire body and help break down fat.
Running: While not everyone is ready to go straight to running that is looking for weight loss, it is a great way to lose fat. Many areas have local running clubs that meet and partner you with others your similar speed and provide known safe routes. This eliminates the excuses of not having someone to go with.
